About Us

A studio shaped by craft, vision and detail.

Open-plan living room interior with curved coffee tables and sheer light

Founded in 2022, redefining modern spaces in the UAE.

NovaPlex is a Dubai villa and apartment renovation contractor with in-house joinery, based in Dubai. It is also a creative architecture and interior design studio with a vision to redefine modern living through innovative design, functionality and timeless aesthetics. We've grown into a trusted partner for residential, commercial and hospitality projects, delivering tailored solutions that reflect each client's identity and aspirations.

Our team of architects, engineers and project managers creates environments that blend creativity, comfort and practicality. From luxurious residences to refined commercial spaces, every project carries our commitment to quality, attention to detail and design excellence.

We work in English and Arabic, and part of the team handles projects in French, so French-speaking clients in Dubai can brief us, review drawings and follow the build in their own language. Nous contacter en français.
