This policy is a working draft. Anything shown as not yet confirmed is a fact we have not verified, and it must be completed and reviewed by a qualified UAE lawyer before this page is treated as final.
Who we are
This website is operated by NovaPlex, an architecture, interior design and fit-out studio working in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Our registered office is Office M4-102, Al Khabaisi, Dubai, UAE. You can reach us on +971 50 454 7296, by email at info@novaplex.ae, or on Instagram at @novaplex.ae.
The legal entity responsible for your data is NOVA PLEX INTERIOR DESIGN AND FITOUT L.L.C, a single-owner limited liability company registered in Dubai and holding Department of Economy and Tourism trade licence 1116195. Its registered address is not yet confirmed.
Questions about this policy or about data we hold on you should go to info@novaplex.ae, which is read by the studio directly. We have not appointed a named data protection officer.
What the contact form collects, and why
Our enquiry form at novaplex.ae/contact is the main way we collect personal information. Each field exists because a renovation enquiry cannot be answered sensibly without it. Nothing on the form is collected for marketing profiling.
- Your name. So we know who we are speaking to and can address you properly in our reply.
- Phone number. Required, because most enquiries are answered by a call or a WhatsApp message rather than by email. It is also how we reach you to arrange a site visit.
- Email address. Required, so we have a written route to send a reply, a design summary or a document.
- Property type. Apartment, villa, townhouse, office or other. This changes the approvals route and the shape of the work, so we need it before we can answer.
- Community or area. Needed because the developer or master community sets the NOC and approval process, and because it tells us whether the property is within reach of our teams. A community name is enough; we do not ask for a full postal address through the form.
- Preferred start date. So we can tell you honestly whether our programme can meet it.
- Budget band. A range, not a figure. We use it to say early whether the scope you describe is achievable at that level, which saves both sides a wasted meeting.
- Preferred reply channel. WhatsApp, phone or email, so we contact you the way you asked to be contacted.
- Project scope. The types of work you tick, such as kitchen, bathroom, joinery or full renovation. This routes your enquiry to the right people.
- Free text notes. Optional. Whatever you choose to tell us. Please do not include financial account details, passport or Emirates ID numbers, or anyone else's personal information in this field.
- Uploaded plans or photographs. Optional, and limited to PDF, JPG or PNG. Floor plans and photographs of the existing space let us give a far more useful first answer. These files can reveal the layout and condition of your home, so we treat them as sensitive and ask that you only send what is needed.
We also process your IP address when you submit the form. It is used only to rate limit submissions so the form cannot be flooded. The site carries support for the Cloudflare Turnstile anti-spam check, but that check is not configured and does not run, so nothing about your submission is sent to Cloudflare. If we ever switch it on, this page will say so before it goes live.
How your enquiry reaches us
Form submissions are not stored in a database on this website. They are converted into an email and delivered to our studio inbox through Resend, a transactional email provider acting as a processor on our behalf, using the endpoint api.resend.com. Any file you attach travels with that email.
Once the email arrives, it sits in our studio mailbox, which is provided by Google Workspace. We have not set a data region on that account, so Google may store and process the mailbox, including anything you attach, in any of the regions it operates.
The chat assistant on this site
This site carries a chat assistant. When you send it a message, the text of that message is sent to the Anthropic API so a reply can be generated. We do not log or store the conversation ourselves: this site keeps no chat transcript, in no database and in no log file, and the message exists on our side only for as long as the request that carries it. What Anthropic does with it on their side is governed by their own terms. Do not put personal details, documents or anything confidential into the chat.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4, property G-0D1B2Y6QY6, to understand which pages are read and how people move through the site. It tells us, for example, that a renovation guide is being read and a service page is not. We do not use it to identify you by name.
Analytics only runs after you accept in the consent banner that appears on your first visit. If you reject, or if you simply close the banner without accepting, the analytics tags stay switched off for your visit. You can change that decision at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of every page. Our cookie policy lists each cookie by name.
We set no advertising cookies and we do not run remarketing or ad targeting on this site.
Who else sees your information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing. It is seen by our own team and by the processors named above who carry or host it. No other party receives it. Your enquiry is not copied into a CRM, not added to a mailing list, and not passed to an accountant or to a subcontractor.
If a project goes ahead, information you give us may be disclosed to third parties the work itself requires, such as a master developer or an authority reviewing an NOC or permit application.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails for not yet confirmed, after which they are deleted from the studio mailbox.
We keep uploaded plans and photographs for not yet confirmed. Uploaded floor plans should not be kept indefinitely. They describe the inside of someone's home, they stop being useful to us once an enquiry is closed, and holding them longer than needed only creates risk, so they are deleted on the schedule above rather than left in the mailbox.
Where an enquiry becomes a signed project, project records are kept for not yet confirmed.
Our basis for processing

Access, correction and deletion
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@novaplex.ae and tell us what you are asking for.
Before we act on a request, we will carry out a short identity check so that we do not hand your information to someone else. We will do this by not yet confirmed. We do not ask for copies of identity documents by email unless that is the method stated here.
We aim to respond within not yet confirmed. If a request is complex and will take longer, we will tell you before that window ends.
Deletion is not always total. Where we have issued an invoice, received a payment or signed a contract, we may have to keep the underlying record to meet legal, tax or accounting obligations, and to defend a claim if one is ever made. In that case we delete what we can, keep only what we are required to keep, and stop using the remainder for any other purpose. The specific items retained after a deletion request are not yet confirmed.
Children
Our services are aimed at property owners and businesses, and nothing on this site is directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a child has sent us information through this site, contact us at info@novaplex.ae and we will delete it.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS and the enquiry form is rate limited and protected against automated abuse. Email and attachments are nonetheless an ordinary business channel rather than a secure vault, so please do not send us financial account details or copies of identity documents through the form.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and change the "Last updated" line at the top. Material changes will be not yet confirmed.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please tell us first at info@novaplex.ae so we can try to put it right. You may also have a right to complain to a supervisory authority: not yet confirmed.
