The contracting party behind this website and behind any project we deliver is NOVA PLEX INTERIOR DESIGN AND FITOUT L.L.C, a single-owner limited liability company registered in Dubai and holding Department of Economy and Tourism trade licence 1116195, whose registered address is not yet confirmed. References to "we", "us" and "NovaPlex" in this page mean that entity.
By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
Using this website
You may read this site, share links to it, and print or save pages for your own reference while you are considering a project. You may not copy the site or substantial parts of it for republication, scrape or bulk download it, present our work as your own, or use anything here to train a model or populate a competing listing without our written permission.
You agree not to interfere with the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, submit false information through our forms, or use the enquiry form or chat to send abusive, unlawful or automated content. We rate limit submissions and may block access where the site is being misused.
We try to keep the site available, but we do not promise uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of the site at any time, including removing or replacing pages and projects.
Nothing here is a quotation
We publish no prices on this website, and that is deliberate. A renovation or fit-out price depends on the property, the condition of what is already there, the approvals route for the community, the specification you choose, and the programme. Any figure given before those are known would be a guess presented as a number.
So, for the avoidance of doubt: nothing on this website is a quotation, an estimate, a price list, or an offer capable of acceptance. Budget bands, cost guides and ranges in our insight articles are general orientation to help you plan, and they are not an offer to carry out work at those levels. No contract comes into existence because you read a page, submit the enquiry form, use the chat assistant, or receive a reply from us. We are bound only when a written project contract or proposal is signed by both sides, and the terms of that document prevail over anything on this website.
Our images, renders and words
All content on this site, including project photography, three dimensional renders and visualisations, drawings, written articles, the NovaPlex name and logo, and the design and code of the site itself, belongs to NovaPlex or is used by us with permission. It remains our property. You may not reproduce, publish, resell or alter it without our written consent, and you may not remove or obscure any credit or watermark.
Photographs of completed projects are published with the relevant permissions in place. If you believe an image on this site should not be here, contact us at info@novaplex.ae and we will review it.
Where you send us plans, photographs or documents through the enquiry form, they stay yours. You give us permission to use them for the purpose of answering your enquiry and, if a project goes ahead, delivering it.
Accuracy, and the difference between a render and a built room
We write and check this site carefully, but we give no warranty that everything on it is complete, current or free of error. Information about approvals, NOC processes, permits, authority requirements, lead times and costs changes, and what is accurate on the day we publish may not be accurate when you read it. Nothing here is professional, legal or regulatory advice for your specific property, and you should not act on it without speaking to us or to the relevant authority.
Renders and visualisations shown on this site are design intent, produced before or during a project. They are not photographs of delivered work and they are not a specification. Materials, finishes, joinery details, lighting, furniture, landscaping and the behaviour of daylight all differ between a visualisation and a finished room, and some items shown in a render are indicative rather than included. Photographs of completed projects show that specific property, specification and budget, and your project will differ. What is actually included in your project is defined only by the scope and specification in your signed contract.
Commercial terms are set in your project contract, not here
This website does not sell anything and takes no payment, so it carries no prices, no checkout and no refund policy. All commercial terms for a project are agreed individually in writing before work begins, and they are set out in the contract or proposal you sign with us. That document, rather than this page, governs:
- the scope of work, specification and drawings;
- the contract price and how it is built up;
- payment stages and when each becomes due;
- how a variation is instructed, priced and agreed before it is carried out;
- the programme, and what happens if it is delayed by either side;
- cancellation and suspension, and what is payable for work already done and materials already ordered;
- any defects or warranty period, and what it covers.
If you are mid enquiry and want to see those terms before committing, ask us and we will send the relevant document.
Links to other sites
Where we link to a developer, an authority, a supplier or another third party, we do so for your convenience. We do not control those sites, we are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data, and a link is not an endorsement.
Limitation of liability
This website is provided as it is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties and representations about the site that are not expressly set out in these terms.
We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this website or from reliance on anything published on it, including lost profit, lost opportunity, wasted expenditure, cost overruns on a project planned using information from our articles, delay, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential loss. We are also not liable for loss caused by matters outside our control, including the unavailability of the site, or any act or omission of a third party platform used to serve it.
Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our total liability in connection with this website is limited to not yet confirmed. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under UAE law.
Liability in respect of project work we carry out is dealt with in the project contract for that work and not by this page.

We may update these terms. The version published here when you use the site is the version that applies, and the "Last updated" line at the top shows when it last changed.
