Al Quoz villa exterior renovation
A single-storey villa brought back to a clean, well-kept exterior. Full external repaint, boundary walls refinished, the whole courtyard relaid in new interlock paving, planting beds rebuilt and the garden play area reinstated for the family to use again.

Not every renovation needs to touch the interior. This villa was sound inside, but the outside had aged the way Dubai exteriors do: paint chalked and streaked by sun and dust, boundary walls tired, courtyard surfaces uneven and patched, planting beds gone to gravel and a play area that had stopped being usable.
The scope was defined by that. Strip back and repaint the entire external envelope, refinish the boundary walls so the plot reads as one property again, lift and relay the courtyard in new interlock, rebuild the landscaping beds and put the garden play area back. Straightforward work, but the kind where the result depends entirely on preparation and on getting the falls and levels right before a single paver is laid.

Full external repaint
The whole envelope prepared and repainted, including the roof trim, so the finish is even across every elevation rather than patched where the weathering was worst.
Boundary wall refinishing
Perimeter walls made good and refinished to match the house, which is what makes the plot read as one property from the street instead of two separate ages of work.
New interlock paving
The courtyard lifted and relaid throughout in new interlock, with levels and falls set so water runs away from the building rather than pooling against it.
Landscaping beds
Planting beds rebuilt and edged against the new paving, giving the courtyard defined green areas rather than leftover gaps.
Garden play area
The play area reinstated on a prepared, level base so the garden is usable for the family again.
Handover
Site cleared, surfaces washed down and the work closed out with a documented, snag-free handover.
