Do you offer annual maintenance contracts?
Yes. We offer scheduled annual contracts covering AC, plumbing, electrical, paint touch-ups and general handyman work, as well as one-off visits. A contract gives you priority response and planned servicing.
How quickly can you respond to an urgent issue?
