Two matching villas in Meydan, delivered end to end. NovaPlex ran the project management and site delivery, coordinating design intent, bespoke joinery, stone, lighting and landscaping into two finished homes, handled by one accountable team.
Two villas, one standard, delivered as a pair.
The project was a pair of matching villas in Meydan that had to be delivered to the same high standard and finished together. Our role was project management and site delivery: holding the programme, running the trades and turning the design intent into two complete homes.
As a single accountable team we coordinated the joinery, stone, lighting, MEP and landscaping across both villas, so finishes and detailing read consistently from one home to the other and the owner had a single point of contact from site to handover.

A central void with a stone staircase, glass balustrades and a mature tree, coordinated with the structure and the light above.
Bespoke joinery
Walnut kitchens with integrated appliances, backlit display niches and storage, built and installed to a fine tolerance.
Stone & bathrooms
Travertine floors and vanities, calm spa-like ensuites and brushed-copper brassware, set out and waterproofed on site.
Lighting & MEP
Cove and feature lighting, with electrical, plumbing and AC routing threaded cleanly behind the finishes.
Landscape & pool
Courtyard planting, a swimming pool and covered outdoor rooms, closed out with a documented handover.
